Questions & Mysteries Ancient Oni Genetics in Giant Children Proven in 1135; Linlin the Buccaneer Lunarian???

One of my lingering mysteries regarding Kaido's crew is the genetics of characters like Black Maria, Bao Huang, and Ulti, who all clearly possess actual horns, not detachable headwear, like Yamato.

At first, I straight up wondered if Bao Huang was Yamato's mother, due to Oda's obsession with freaky size-gaps, but, I've moved on from that, and now believe Kaido, as an Oni/Ogre, intentionally helped out other Oni/Ogres who were discriminated against. King, Kaido's 1st Mate/closest confidant on the Beast Pirates, is known for being hunted for his heritage.

Similarly, Kaido describes to Yamato that humans and Ogres cannot live together while fighting her:

Similar to how Giants are often feared for their size/power, Kaido believed Oni could not truly be friends with humans, due to humans fearing the superior power of Oni/Ogres.

Between Oars and Oars Jr, I've been waiting to find a "missing link" between the Giants/Oni, in the form of a Giant child.

And, we finally got this from an un-named Giant child in 1135:

To the far right of the middle/left panel, and to the bottom left of the bottom/left panel, we can clearly see a Giant child with horns protruding from their scalp, with no helmet visible. Of course, this could be an accessory... but, why not just wear a helmet, then?

What if it's the opposite? The Giants were helmets with horns... because their ancestors, the Giant Ancient Oni, naturally had them?

This un-named Giant Child is the final proof we needed to connect Ancient Oni genetics to Giant Genetics. At the very least, the Ancient Oni and Giants used to interbreed.

It's entirely possible that Giants are the result of giant Ancient Oni and tiny Humans mating in the first place: hence Yamato, a girl who is clearly an Oni (hence her title "Oni-hime", or, Ogre Princess), but looks as beautiful as Human women like Nami and Robin.

This leads me to believe that Yamato will eventually become a large part of Elbaph, as she is the Straw Hat with the most ties to Elbaph's genetic lineage.

While most focus on Linlin's connections to Elbaph, Yamato and Kaido's Oni genetics also tie them directly to the country, and Loki's goals of starting a War to end the world also fits with Kaido's desire to create a massive world war.

Based on this, I hypothesize that the island of War Land was originally occupied by Ancient Oni, who were incredibly violent, like Kaido, who eventually mated with Humans. Ripley and her husband foreshadow this.

This also fits size wise: if Ancient Humans were between Oden/Luffy size, and then mated with Ancient Oni larger than Oars, the end result would be what we see today:

Giant humanoids that retain some Oni-features, most often through horns.

Allowing normal Humans to mate with these Ancient Oni would create a borderline Nephilim race of super-powered humans beyond the rest of humanity: this is why the WG is so racist. If Humans were allowed to mate with Giants/Ancient Oni freely, like Ripley and her pirate Human husband, or Kaido with presumably Gloriosa, what would you get?

Look at how strong Kuma is; look at how strong he was as a child. An entire nation of Buccaneers with human/Giant genetics would be enough to ruin the WG's stranglehold on the planet. The racism is necessary to keep the genetics from overthrowing them. Same with Fish-Men. What if a bunch of humans suddenly could just... live underwater? How the fuck is the WG/Celestials going to tax them with the tribute, if they can just live on the Ocean floor?

This explains Linlin, too: she had latent Giant DNA, and as a result, is a Buccaneer of serious power. But, her Metabolism is even crazier than a Giants, and her skin is said to be hard as hell. Explanation?

I think Linlin has latent Giant AND Lunarian DNA. Like King, her skin is nearly impenetrable, expect when... her emotions disrupt her Haki. When did Zoro start damaging King? When King became emotional. Like King, Linlin is capable of withstanding flames coating her body, merging Prometheus with her hair, much the same a Lunarian merges fire with their wings.

This would be hilarious, since Linlin's desire is to get Giants and Lunarins into her territory: her kids already have Giant/Lunarian blood.

How many other characters in the series can set themselves on fire without using a Devil Fruit power, while having skin this tough? Linlin cannot do this with Zeus, or Hera, nor Napoleon; only Prometheus is shown being able to fuse directly with her body.

Even an Oni like Kaido could be damage with Armament Haki. Linlin has only been damaged in the series through Law's Devil Fruit piercing her outer defenses. NO ONE has hurt Linlin through that barrier. Oni genetics should trump Buccaneer Genetics in theory. It's Linlin's CoC + her Lunarian genetics that make her almost impenetrable.

It's only when her flame goes "off", and her CoC is broken through emotional turmoil, that you can damage her; similar to how Zoro needed both CoC and to mess with King's emotions to seriously damage him. If King had CoC, Zoro would have lost, hence the naming scheme: "King" isn't actually strong enough to be a King, and gave up his dream of Joy Boy to serve under Kaido. Zoro refuses to be beneath Luffy in power, and serves Luffy as an equal, and, as a result, Zoro becomes the "King of Hell"; while Luffy, the Sun God/most likely real king of the Ancient Kingdom, rules the "Sun" or, land of the light, Zoro rules the underworld as "King of Hell".

This is also why Hag-Form/Starving Linlin is so much faster/powerful; like King, she's trading her defensive durability for outright speed and offense. However, since the strongest character to fight Linlin in Whole Cake was Jinbe, who lacks CoC, she was still undamaged during her clashes while in Starving Form.

So, Linlin does not control her Lunarian switch: when she's full, she's in defense mode, and when she's starving, and "burning", she's burning through her metabolism to increase her speed and power. This is why King's flame goes "off" when he's moving faster: he's "burning" his own metabolism to increase his body's aerobic function, similar to Gear 2nd. Linlin, however, does not have Lunarian wings, and cannot control when her flame is on/off; it's always on, hence her constant hunger. Linlin was never taught to control her metabolism, and therefore has the hunger of a half-Giant, with the metabolism of a half-Lunarian; IE, her metabolism is always in top gear, making it so she burns through whatever she eats immediately.

This is similar to Luffy's Fruit constantly taxing his metabolism, requiring incredible amounts of meat. However, since Linlin prefers sugar over protein/fat, her brain is crippled due to sugar-addiction, and her metabolism is likewise never really "full" due to her diet; since what is fueling her metabolism is a constant sugar rush, the Big Mom Pirates live their lives trying to keep her metabolism satisfied. It's the same as feeding a child who only likes carbs/sugar; their mood will constantly be horrible, because they'll constantly want more sugar to scratch that itch.

This mostly means that the actual biggest buff you could possibly give Linlin is Sanji + Chopper building her a healthy diet plan, LOL.

Expect both Linlin and Yamato's genetic histories to be explored in Elbaph at some point, and for Yamato to be a connecting factor here: Yamato and Linlin have still never interacted, BTW.

I also hope this Giant child with horns is named/given a good role in Elbaph.

The lineage of the Oni/Ogre is clearly a big deal in One Piece, between Oars, Oars Jr., the Onigashima Oni skull, Kaido, and Yamato.

Loki also appears to be a very "Oni" esque character, and I expect his love of war/violence, and murdering of his father, to connect to this lineage, as he is a Prince with Oni genetics, while Yamato, the Oni Princess, also sought to murder her father, Kaido.

As Yamato appears primed to venture down into Wano's underworld, since they're near the old Prisoner Mines, I wouldn't be surprised if we find more of the Giant Ancient Oni skeleton, that Onigashima's skull connects to.

There are very few places in the world large enough to bury such a skeleton, and, if the skull has lasted this long, and survived the Raid, it's safe to say the rest of the Skeleton still exists somewhere.

Where? Under Wano itself. Kaido and Yamato are most likely related to the skull of Onigashima, hence why Kaido made it his operating base. I also believe Kaido's parenthood is a tragic story we need to address, considering his issues as a father.

Onigashima, Kaido's Oni lineage, and Linlin's Giant lineage, ties the legacy/history of the Ancient Oni directly to two countries: Elbaph and Wano.

In order to understand the Giant species that most likely came from the Ancient Oni mating with Humans, we will have to connect Elbaph and Wano...
