Well Kid and Law already reached their peak. They just got crushed so unless Oda wants to bring them back as mere cheerleaders and spectators, they’re not important at all.

Momo is never going to be super strong. We were told that by the narrator.

Koby and smoker can grow stronger, smoker moreso than Koby cause he has a logia and stronger will, but timeskip isn’t needed.

The straw hats aren’t going to stop their journey and not grow stronger just to give randoms a chance to grow.
