As a young, up-and-coming Ninja, O-Tama-sama NEEDS MORE TROOPS
Look at the Scabbards vs Green Bull: clearly, only Yamato and O-Tama are capable of protecting this country from the forces of evil.
Like, I'm not even joking: if we're judging Wano characters based on what they did during the Raid, Tama and Yamato cleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeear almost everyone.
Tama's troops won't just be limited to this, though:
Like Bao-Huang before her, Tama will be the Secretary of Yamato's New Beast Pirates
Kaido's crew had multiple divisions maintained by multiple Officers. Ulti and Pay-pay, along with other future recruits, will lead Yamato's Divisions, while Tama commuinvates between them, like Bao-Huang.
This is foreshadowed by Bao-Huang flying via her fan like a ninja:
Despite Bao's size and meager Power Level, her Marys, intelligence, and leadership skills are of note in Onigashima. Once Bao was taken out, the Beast Pirates fell into total disarray.
In the clip I posted, King states he pretended Kaido wanted the Tobi Roppo, not him, because King feared the Flying Six wouldn't show up if they knew it was King summoning them. Sasaki just straight up agrees:
On the other hand, Bao never had these problems.
Kaido's crew was a power-meritocracy, where Kaido openly promoted the Tobi Roppo challenging the Calamities for their positions. Sasaki doesn't WANT to take orders from King, because he wants to usurp his position as Kaido's right-hand man. This is Rocks' influence on Kaido, putting a bunch of strong Pirates together, and letting them brawl to make each other stronger.
Bao was able to circumvent this by having no ability to challenge the stronger Beast Pirate Officers for their positions. Since Bao was never a threat to them, Officers like Sasaki who would refuse King's orders, despite King being Kaido's right-hand man, would listen to Bao, trusting her as a source of information/as a chain linking the Beast Pirates together.
O-Tama also perfectly serves this adorable, peppy, Masco-esque character function. Like Bao, Tama will gather information about the battlefield via her Animal Friendos (mimicking Bao's Gifters/Marys), and direct the Neo Beast Pirates. Despite disliking each other, the Blue Beast Scabbards (IE former Tobi Roppo/Calamities), will rally around how adorable Tama is, and want to protect her/do their best for her.
The Humandrills were capable of sneaking up on post-Sabaody Zoro, and ambushing him fairly successfully. While Zoro had not unlocked Observation Haki at this point as a trained skill, he had definitely shown flashes of it; the Humandrills being able to hide from him and attack him with success says a lot about them.
Also, we've yet to see the Humandrills strength post training with Zoro. Since the Humandrills learn from humans, and Zoro was learning from Mihawk, the Humandrills would have further gained strength by learning what Zoro learned from Mihawk.

Anyway, the point is, Mihawk has more or less naturally-trained these Monkey-See-Monkey-Do-Swordplay fellas into a natural ninja force for O-Tama.
The idea that Oda created two separate groups of Katana wielding monkeys in One Piece, with no intent to have them meet, is ridiculous to me.
At some point, when Cross Guild shows up in Wano, because Croc is tied to Pluton narratively, Mihawk's Humandrills (who will, like the New Giant Pirates before them, now be official members of Buggy's criminal empire) will meet Hihimaru, who is known doubt now a Hero of Wano, after fighting against Page One and Ulti bravely during the Raid.
At this point, we'll see War of the Wano of the Apes. Considering that the Humandrill who adopted Mihawk's style and has his own white copy of Yoru is their leader, I'd imagine Hihimaru and this un-named Humandrill will fight
Since Tama is a natural pacifist, O-Tama-sama will stop this fighting via her Mochi, as she tends to do, and then name the Humandrills. The Humandrills became violent beasts after watching the slaughter of Kuraigana Island 9 years ago: Tama is a 8 year old, who's clan, the Kurozumi clan, was slaughtered by the people of Wano.
Since the Humandrills adopt the behavior of the humans around them, upon becoming O-Tama's subordinates, the Humandrill will, like Ulti, calm down a bit, and:
BECOME SAMURAI MONKE
Now serving the 2nd strongest combatant in Wano, O-Tama, the Humandrill will have access to many of O-Tama's subordinates.
The Scabbards can teach the Humandrills Oden Nitoryu, as well as potential Ryuo, they can learn some of Yamato's techniques.
The Minks can also teach the Humandrills Electro, potentially.
All so O-Tama-sama can take over Wano one day as the rightful Shogun, MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
These Humandrills challenged Post-Sabaody Zoro heavily, and trained with him and Mihawk for two years.
If they also learn Wano swordplay, Ryuo, and then Electro...
