What I could gather from a quick Google search:

Apophis, also known as Apep or Apepi, is a godhead and primordial entity in Egyptian Mythology, the primary opponent of Ra and Amun the Sun Gods and a snake deity that tries to kill Ra and shroud all worlds in darkness,

Apophis is usually presented as and considered the main antagonist of the Egyptian Mythology; despite this, in some variations, he is painted as a more tragic character, as he was formerly the Sun God before Ra overthrew him to rule over creation himself. This actually implies that Apophis isn't truly evil, but just tries to re-attain the rightful position Ra forced him out of.

Apophis is able to cause complete and utter chaos in the worlds, such as summoning primordial darkness, generating earthquakes and creating massive storms.

Bro there’s actually an asteroid named Apophis that had a probability to hit Earth back in 2004.

Maybe Oda referred that asteroid getting in the way between Sun and Earth by “shrouding world in darkness”..

Tbh I think a battle royale to begin the fight between the Sun God,God of earth and rhe Serpent is likely.

They won't meet again in two worlds yet in the 3rd they will meet again should be about all the Primordial beings.
You also have the eternal enemy & inherited will from both enemies. Blackbead said he was chosen by darkness,this line will definitely play a role... He isn't just some pk hunt opponent anymore.

PK isn't even his final goal. He wants to be the King of the World like Rocks D. Xebec. BB definitely knows a lot of the void century and the true nature of the WG.

Imu means void, the prophecy talks about the void coming from the breath in the second world its likely refering to Imu there.

@Blackbeard will play an important part in the war I dont think hes the final villain but he will be a main participant as the prophecy speaks of how the first war left the land filled with death and darkness.
