Lorewise maybe. It's the same as with the souls series powerscaling: lorewise soulscharacters are solar system lvl or even higher (Elden Ring have Outer Gods), Gamefeat wise they are not even City level. Same goes for Pokemon,lorewise extremly haxed,in the Anime and Manga they are weak asf.
