Agreed. Haku Rei and the siblings are extremely deadly but Kyou En has shown a feat to impact the entire battlefield with his archery only on top of damn near shooting through the best steel of Chu.

@RayanOO Kyou En's strength stat is definitely too low imo

Kyouen is the superior commander, but Hakurei being a better archer is not far fetched. He already considered himself top 3 around the time of coalition war and it's been years since then. He also has a legitimate feat of sniping one of Tou's best vassals where as Kyouen has no onscreen kills.
