did you summarized boa as the other shichibukai? that is 6x more letters.
luffy was already considered a yonkou so if boa needed protection from one she would go to him.
i can not see mihawk giving fucks enough to joining forces to someon.
weevil is possible because it is his mother that decides. bakkin and buggy making an agreement is something that could happen and weevil needs to join some group or the character will just vanish without never having any purpose.

Bakkin is a fodder, she probably got captured, which is why Weevil was able to be manipulated by Buggy. Mihawk probably joined, not because he actually acknowledges Buggy as his superior, but because he doesn't want to be chased around by marines and would much rather have the fodder of the buggy pirates take care of marine fodder for him.
As for hancock, idk. I think she would rather be with Luffy. I think she might get captured and taken back to be a slave in mariejois. Then Luffy will have to save her and in doing so, become the breaker of chains like Nika was.

Not a chance, none of them are weak-willed/gullible/desperate enough to join the clown, look at the quality of his long time subordinates and tell me with a straight face they’re gonna be on equal footing with Mihawk and Weevil. You wild for this one, Bino…!!

Buggy is to the OP world what people like you and other notoriously mouthy users are to everyone else here; to an outsider, it might seem like his accomplishments and influence are incredible, but people on the inside just see a clown they don’t take seriously

Yeah Buggy name now holds more weight than Mihawk in OP world
People will ally or fear him more than Mihawk
In fact, WB didn't want to fight him coz he had powerful prisoners and it will be a nuisance
