Poneglyph is in WCI which is like 10 hours away from Cacao island and only Germa was in WCI based on cover story since they were the only intruders.

The cover story is not over yet so they might be sailing to WCI next after capturing Pudding and running into germa or something. But from what we've seen so far, they haven't taken her poneglyph yet.

Maybe BB's plan is to steal from Law or Luffy? Yes, he's that dumb. That's the guy who went to marineford without a plan of getting out without Shanks' help.
