Spidey does have his sense against Batman's stealth, which is his biggest weapon...

But since Spider-Man is a very public hero, Batman would be able to study the way he fights and prepare accordingly

I know it's the basic answer everytime for Batman, but i think Spidey could win without preparation, but with preparation Batman would beat his ass

A lot stronger and faster, has his senses for Batman's stealth and gadgets, and can withstand a lot more damage

While I love the Arkham games and care nothing for the Spider-Man games, doesn’t Spidey have literal superpowers? Like can’t Spidey defeat characters like Hulk? Lol
