So it turns out Grisha just wanted to be good ol dad wanting spend time with his family realising mistake he neglected the parenting he never shared with zeke.

So eren indirectly killed reiss family and made his dad go mad , also his dad saw the future and he wants zeke to stop eren.

I feel isayama changing grisha plotline is confusing. It doesnt really suit his personality he was in his past.

Now we know grisha wants zeke to stop him from something to obtain it so that he doesnt win.
