Shokuhou Misaki is the #5 and possesses Mental Out, the strongest Mind Controlling Esper power in the series

Can control people’s minds and bodies, erase memories or implant new ones, create illusions, and other things all by controlling the moistures in the brain

Mugino is the #4 ranked, Meltdowner, and she fires Electron beams that disintegrate matter the beams hit

I’ll post the feats for the remaining 3 and more detail on these two later

In character, random encounter, fighters start 18 meters apart. All the Espers as they are in the Battls Royale Arc

Fight takes place in Academy City

Wait, isn't Accel high universal+ level or low multiversal level?

I don't know what Aura can do, but assuming she is from Bleach, is she even planetary or solar system level? Otherwise, Accel blinks her.

For Kakine, the #2 ranked. His power is control over Dark Matter which in this series is matter made up of particles not found anywhere in the universe but from another one entirely. Because of this, he can violate the known laws of physics in this universe by introducing these foreign particles to make just about any phenemenon

The material alters any matter it touches on contact. Dissolves a guys arm while transmuting the other into a white mist

Can even alter everything around him.

Turns a guy to sand with a stab too

Haven’t actually read the novels and am waiting for someone who does. If you know anyone, give them a shoutout to this thread.

But here’s a summary: She’s a Fullbringer who unlike the others shown, has no attachments to anything. As a result, she has no special abilities unique to herself but the trade-off being a much higher level of controlling matter around her.

Can create fire and water dragons, mess with perception, turn intangible, etc.

in terms of power, she’s got enough Spiritual power to throw down with a Captain like Kisuke as well

I made this thread due to the similarities of her powers to Espers that control things at the quantum level to produce their powers

She seems like the combination between Gunha, Kakine and Misaki, then?

If that's the case, then the Level Fives destroy her since Gunha, Kakine, and Misaki fight her together with Accel, Misaka, and Mugino, so the Espers simply overpower her by outnumbering her.

If it's one-on-one and this is Battle Royal arc, i would say that she probably can beat everybody but Gunha, Accel and Kakine.

Not saying she cannot beat Accel or Kakine, but they stand above all the other espers by quite a far margin. I can't say how she would fare without a better representation of her powers.

Gunha is NFL-personified, so that might play a part against her, too.

Never understood the Gunha hype. He was beaten effortlessly by Ollerus, couldn’t fully withstand Misaka’s attacks when she wasn’t going all out, got beaten easily by Level 6 Shift Misaka and in Imaginary Fest, Kakine handed him his ass too.

It’s also outright stated that his power is only what he genuinely believes he can do and is limited according to Ollerus by his inability to actually understand his own power.

Now that said, Astral Buddy did expand on what Gunha can do, including outright changing his own Personal Reality

Can increase his durability to match that of an attack he sees coming

But there does seem to be a limit to what he can take. After a long fight of repeatedly taking Misaka’s attacks, he was gradually starting to suffer burn injuries

One side was attacking, and one side was defending. It was just a one-sided battle.

But even so, there was already such a large flow of power. If Sogiita Gunha used his real ability to fight back, no matter who won, maybe there would be a need to be ready in case the entire park disappeared.

Facing the electric strike Mikoto released from her hand, he used what looked like a fist that was shrouded in a mirage to knock it to the ground. It was really a ridiculous scene.

Manipulating the iron sand at such a speed that there was no time to breathe, she also let the empty cans ionize into plasma to distract the enemy's eyes before running into him, displaying all sorts of attacks.

Sogiita continued to use the mysterious waves to knock the continuous strikes of electricity down to the ground. As he had declared, he hadn't fought back against Mikoto. Besides, it was impossible for him to not be hurt, as it looked like burns were developing on his body.

Yup. He is naturally tanky but he increases his toughness in relation to what he sees
