Where is Baltigo?
We were told that its location was a mystery until Burgess found it. Hence I think it’s likely that Baltigo is one of the final islands.
Perhaps the among the islands before lodestar.
We know that Teach came for the weapons but then subsequently fled the WG. Meaning the WG now has Baltigo.
Given that this island was the revolutionary army base, I think the revos need to retake it by EoS. Hence I can see this being an arc.
imo we need at least one marine arc before the war with Imu. If marine HQ is still standing then Imu and the CDs have no reason to step out of the shadows.
I think Baltigo could be the fall of Marine HQ. Dragon plans to attack it to regain their strategic stronghold. Luffy wanders in on his way to Lodestar.

Marine HQ is in shambles with Akainu gone.
Imu now needs to come out of the shadows to face Luffy directly.
