I'll rank them in terms of the biggest contrasts
1. Big Mommy - practically a different person, fat monster woman when older
2. Gloriosa - practically a different person, tiny shriveled cavewoman when older
3. Stussy - Miss Buckingham is like Gloriosa, both dried and shriveled, but Gloriosa was a shocker
4. Tsuru - age hit her like a bag of bricks, but she still resembles herself
5. Shakky - her older version looks like a dried husk

Based on purely their design I'd say: Linlin > Stussy > Tsuru >~ Gloriosa = Shakky.
Gloriosa and Shakky look similar (quite Nami-ish) and their outfits are the traditional kuja empress clothing Boa wore. Tsuru, despite the standard marine dress code, at least stands out somewhat among the female marines we've seen based on her face & hair.
