The left hand man of SH, the one that protected Luffy when it was needed the most, the one who donated non hiv blood to Luffy when it was needed the most, the one who lost his part of liver to save Luffy from Akainu's punch, can't be a greater left hand than sir Jinbei.

Nami is good as well, but Jinbei better.

Nami is a better and more complete character for me. But I will note the relationship between Jinbei and Luffy, which seems to me to be one of the best in all of OP.
