We already don't get good interactions or moments for half the strawhats so i'd pass on that. Jinbe was already a bad choice and i don't think he's added anything to the crew's dynamic so i don't think we need a new character in there as well.

Vivi could work tho since she's already an honorary strawhat anyway so let's just get her and be done.

The same can be said for Yamato though, it was pretty much already agreed upon that she’d join later. I think a Yamato or Loki joining is more organic, Vivi doesn’t even belong in their pirating world plus she’s already delayed for 2 decades and she’s not wacky enough to be the last nakama stepping aboard. I would also expect the last member to be one of the strongest, that’s usually how that goes.
