I have no idea whether Hakai will be useful or not against Fierce Deity Link but both should be at the same ballpark.

This Link literally stomped a universal reality warper who casually created another alternative reality within a small room which contains a sun and several other pocket dimensions.

If Hakai is useful, it could be a good factor against Link but said guy can also rewind time over and over again.

hakai isn't fully fledged out but its kinda implied that it can destroy anything

People might argue about usage of Hakai but I doubt Beerus could do it so easily.
