WALTER C DORNEZ'S WIRE USAGE FROM HELLSING ULTIMATE
While wires aren't anything fancy, Walter's usage of this weapon is brutally efficient. He makes murder and fine tune cutting look elegant, while also having enough power to cut through buildings and solid steel with mundane ease.
- He can easily make complex shapes like meshes to have an omnipotentnal attack or defense and can accurately do both at pin point precision.
- Can create a footing to stand on and give himself somewhat of a mobility in the air (doesn't do the spiderman thing because he not goofy ass bitch)
- Can also accurately use the right pressure to either easily slaughter the masses or to capture the target without too much harm, where he can control the person or target as a puppet if he so chooses to do so.

Creation of Ging and other game masters that is by far the most complex ability in HxH. With clever use of Nen (Hatsu) they managed to create a real life Video Game. Using all combinations of Nen from Conjuration, Transmutation to Emission they managed to a create a brand new world.
Items you pick turns into cards, cards can be used to generate said items or abilities. Your own money, friends communication and much more was created from Nen. It is by far biggest and most complex ability in HxH and one of the best abilities in Entertainment media overall.

UZUMAKI NARUTO'S TALK NO JUTSU(๐คฃ) FROM NARUTO/NARUTO SHIPPUDEN
Probably Naruto's greatest skill. Every time a villain was at the height of his villainy, Naruto used his Talk no Jutsu that always starts with: I understand you, we are both victims *sad music starts playing*, making the villain review his actions and redeem himself. Talk no Jutsu's main victims: Gaara, Pain, Obito.

AKUA SHUZEN'S PLANE/SWICHTING DIMENSIONAL FROM ROSARIO VAMPIRE
Using how quantum entanglement theory works of only one thing being able to occupy one point in spacetime. One who shifts a strike or attack through another dimensional plane, then back again to occupy the same point, causes it to instantly be destroyed.
SILVER SURFER'S POWER COSMIC FROM MARVEL
The Power Cosmic allows Silver Surfer to teleport through hyperspace; the distances he can teleport is almost limitless. The Silver Surfer has full mental and physical control over his Power Cosmic, which is why it cannot be taken by siphoning mutants. An occurrence had taken place where the Living Tribunal had shown a vision of how Zenn-La once was, enraged by this, the Silver Surfer had granted upon himself almost to a "godlike" state which had given him infinite power cosmic. Before the Surfer could do anything, the Living Tribunal had gone. However, Galactus remained in a state of confusion, as he did not know at the time who could possibly have strength and power even greater than his own.[citation needed]
GAIGE'S ANARCHY FROM BORDERLANDS 2
Gaige the Mechromancer has a main ability to summon, a pet robot she built called Deathtrap, to fight for her. BUT the ability I want to focus on in regards to her, is her sub-ability called "Anarchy" which is one of her skill trees in Borderlands 2.
The gist is that on this skill tree, you can gain "Anarchy Stacks" from reloading your gun "naturally" as in letting it run empty and reloading it then, instead of prematurely reloading it. Also from killing enemies and such too. The more stacks she gets, the more her damage amplifies to extremely absurd levels, especially with the right builds too! She loses accuracy and her sanity, the more Anarchy she gains.
You can get up to 600 stacks with the right build and by that point, you sorta become Saitama if was "One Gun Man" or something instead lol. Gaige will also lose her mind entirely and start shouting quotes like "I AM THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA, PLAYER WHAT ARE YOU DOING, YOU'RE BREAKING THE GAME DUDE, ALLEN ADD SOME DIALOGUE (Reference to that Hitman blunder and thus meme lol) , GOD HELP YOU IF I ACTUALLY HIT SOMETHING and basically goes full Deadpool, breaking the 4th wall and such!
Obviously a lot of people may not enjoy this or find this very irritating BUT she is absolutely hilarious when in this state, the crazier you go in this "state" and thus "against the state" too funnily enough, the more "Bizarre" she gets, the more chaotic, unhinged, megalomaniacal and such.
One of her other skills from her other skill trees, gives up to 50% chance to ricochet bullets off any surface and one of her skills near the end of her Anarchy tree, also gives guaranteed ricochet on every 6th or 7th or whatever shot on an enemy or something like that, so it will ricochet to other enemies nearby automatically too.
Now imagine the sheer CHAOS or "Anarchy" ofc, with a genuinely GAME BREAKING damage boost, to the point it feels like you're cheating the game? Granted, your brutal loss of accuracy is the trade off and thus makes some weapons useless/impossible to use, at least somewhat maybe and you also lose magazine size as part of that skill tree, but its genuinely the MOST fun I've ever had in any video game by far! Pure lunacy, that can rarely be matched anywhere else!
Anyway to close out on this, she is voiced by Cherami Leigh mainly, who is HILARIOUS and this is favourite role too! She really loved playing Gaige especially for this Anarchy and the sheer amount of insanity, energy and improv she was allowed to bring to it. The game makes you feel like a truly insane, unstoppable, dangerous God with this skill tree and it's a hell of a unique, unforgettable experience as a result!

Think about Aizen from Bleach during the Soul Society Arc. Think of Light Yagami and the way he handled Death Note. Remember how Shikamaru fought against Temari and Hidan? The list goes on!
"But all these characters also had supernatural powers on top!" They surely did, but those powers wouldn't be so cool without their great minds. Okay, let's take a look about non-superpowered intelligent folks. Sherlock Holmes, Iron Man, Senku Ishikawa, Walter White, Batman - many iconic characters survive thanks to their quick wits, insane creativity, and being able to both see through any kind of hardship and find several ways to overcome it. โTo a great mind, nothing is little.โ
Let's take a closer look at the character whose intellectual brilliance shines through centuries - Sherlock Holmes. Sure, he's an insufferable prick most of the time, but he's great and he knows it. It takes him a couple of seconds to see through most of the people. He is observant and persistent in getting the answers he's seeking, after all, "when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth". His brain is like a supercomputer, running through the data and possible scenarios, and he applies his impeccable logical thinking to solve the puzzles created by criminal minds. With genius intelligence you can counter other abilities, including superpowers, without it even a greatest superpower may end up destroying you.
