Anime, Hiroyuki Sawano, Evan Call and Shiro Sagisu comes to mind.

Games, I'm pretty sure Koji Kondo is hailed as the greatest composer of all time I think.

Me trying to list all of the ones I love:

To name some though at least: Darren Korb, Jack Wall, Jeremy Soule (formerly I guess), Hiroyuki Sawano, Yasharu Takahashi, Toshiro Masuda, Shiro Sagisu, Laura Shigihara, Jake Kaufman, Michiru Yamane, Sonya Belousova and Giona Ostinelli, along with the composers for Dota 2, League of Legends and so on lmao. Can't forget Grant Kirkhope and David Wise though OMG, for shame I didn't think of them first too!

I know its not anime or games but Murray Gold the main composer for Doctor Who is PHENOMENAL too. (Although there are Dr Who games lol. I can only imagine the fanservice with a Dr Who anime, especially as he almost always has a young hot female companion too, oh god....)
