I want to eat some now
I'm very lucky in Brooklyn to have a bunch near my house (not 100% traditional Japanese food since it's cooked by Chinese chefs but they have a 4.2/5.0 rating so not terrible at least πŸ˜…) @Bakazuki Bakainu

the only place so far in the world that sells decent California Rolls (9) for just $2 + tax (my university sells 6 pieces of a slightly worse California Roll for $7 + tax for comparison)

Unquestionably, it has to be Mediterranean Cuisine. Though I should note the Eastern Mediterranean does overlap with parts of the Middle East (Such as Syria/Israel/Egypt), so I'm considering them a part of the larger Mediterrean cuisine umbrella.
