Powers & Abilities Best devil fruit for each position

Captain - Any powerhouse DF (Gura/Nika/Yami/Lava/etc)
Swordsman - Lightning Movement + Swordsman is always goat
- Or Mythical Zoan Hito Hito Model: Green Kaido
Navigator - Awakened Mera (Wherever your ship goes, it's always going to be sunny, ez sailing.)
Sniper - Kizaru Fruit, Imagine sniping at light speed
Cook - Caribou Fruit, store foods that boost stats, give them to crew at battle similar to buff potions on games
Doctor - Law Fruit or Marco Fruit
Archeologist - Raizo Fruit, put the important historical objects on scrolls and store them safely
Shipwright - Wapon Fruit, experiment combining different kind of materials
Musician - Bello Betty Fruit, buffing your allies while having a concert on battle
Helmsman - Fujitora Fruit, moving and levitating the ship with gravity, what can stop you?

Zoro - wind logia but prefers the sword and mostly uses it for mobility purposes
Nami - (air) pressure fruit
Usop - don't waste a fruit on him, he'd be fodder, even with the gura gura no mi
Sanji - burndy world's moa moa no mi - has large ass flying kicks and makes food bigger for the crew (meat, sake barrels, etc). Also he'd increase the cup sizes of women as a running gag and fan service
jimbe - octopus zoan. Is still able to swim and has ink/poison feats. Can carry the sunny when it's stormy.
chopper - keeps it for obvious reasons
brook - keeps it for obvious reasons
robin - keeps it as her clone stuff is cool. Hope it's actually working like shadow clones and there'll be screentime to explain it
franky - bullet's fruit for obvious reasons. Transforms into a ship when necessary

Luffy - Bege DF
Zoro - any DF would make his swordship worst so none.
Jinbei - he would lost his best ability to fight in water so none. But as a helmsman I would say Shiki DF so he could fly to get out of potential threats.
Sanji - he would lost his abilitie to move underwater too but Jinbei could do that without a DF. That cooker from BM DF would be the best for sure.
Robin - I guess Law DF would be better for her?
Franky - maybe Kid DF? Not sure if there is any better for him.
Usopp - Hawk DF since they have the best vision along animals.
Nami - Probably Dragon DF since it seems he can change the weather. But as I'm not sure Kaido's DF also seem to be capable of doing it.
Brook - Apoo DF for sure.
Chopper - it has to be a human DF. If not his than Sengoku or Luffy. Not sure if he would already be human unless he awakened Nika DF. So Sengoku DF would be better.
