Based on being objective, All Might vs AFO is probably the best one, it feels both characters were at their peak in the series.
But my personal top 5 from this list in no particular order would probably be
Deku vs Shoto
AM vs AFO
Deku vs Muscular
Endeavor/Hawks vs Hood
Deku vs Nagant

Maybe a bit weird choice but Mirio vs Overhaul

It had everything, action, feels, dialogue and heroic sacrifice. People must not forget Mirio QUIRKLESS fought Overhaul for several minutes

Another good one was All Might vs AFO. The United States of Smash was Epic!
