7. Nami’s backstory will always be the best part of East Blue for me. It wasn’t as brutal as in the manga, but it sufficed.

Episode 5 and 6 are my favorite, I think the Baratie arc was done better here than in the anime/manga. Having Nami actually be there to witness Zoro’s duel against Mihawk was a good decision.

It was kinda like an horror episode,so cool! Also,Usopp-Kaya kiss in the end,and the surprising (even for manga readers,because it came so early) revelation of Garp being Luffy's granpa.
