I find both the Big Mom Pirates and the Beasts Pirates very interesting Yonko crews, and I would like to compare both of these crews.
The Big Mom Pirates have a royalty/nobility theme, while the Beasts Pirates have more of a barbarian theme.
If you look at the members of the Big Mom Pirates many of them wear clothes that are very high class compared to the barbaric clothes that the Beasts Pirates wear. For example here is a comparison of the clothes that Perospero, Daifuku, and Tamago wear compared to the clothes that Sheepshead, Babanuki, and Daifugo wear.
In the Big Mom Pirates, it's all about family that is why the children of Big Mom are high ranking members of the the crew and why someone as young as Flampe has a higher rank than even Tamago and Pekoms despite both of them being stronger. In the Beasts Pirates it's all about strength, if you can prove yourself strong then you can move up the ranks.
In the Ace Novel volume 2 it is said that the Big Mom Pirates is compared to a mafia reigning over a country rather than a pirate crew protecting a territory, while the Beasts Pirates are more like a group of delinquents than a pirate crew.
The country that the Big Mom Pirates rule over which is Totto Land is a utopia where all the races can live together, you can choose any island of Totto Land to live on and there is food everywhere.
However in Wano Country the country that the Beasts Pirates along with Orochi rule over is more like a dystopia, everywhere is a wasteland, there is barely any food, people are starving, and there is lots of pollution because of the factories. The only two good places in Wano Country where everything is perfectly fine is the Flower Capital where Orochi, his subordinates, and high class citizens live, and Onigashima where Kaido and many of the Beasts Pirates live.
Then you have the Tea Party and the Fire Festival.
The Tea Party is an event held by Big Mom herself in which she and her crew will throw a lavish party at Whole Cake Island, and will invite many people usually people from the underworld and other countries. Big Mom's tea party is very well known throughout the New World, and if you are invited then you have to go or else you will receive a head from someone close to you.
The Fire Festival on the other hand is mainly reserved for the Beasts Pirates, Orochi and Orochi's subordinates, it is an event that happens once a year in which the Beasts Pirates along with Orochi and his subordinates go to Onigashima and have a banquet.
Overall both of these Yonko Crews are very fascinating by their many different themes and how they operate.
