Not including villains of course

1. Usopp: has been a part of all of Luffy's fights with the warlords and emperors and still not strong enough to defeat fodder, only two power ups in all of one piece one of which (obs haki) hasn't been touched on for the last 8 years, creator stated he will always be the weakest despite who joins, so 8 year old momo is stronger than him. Gets labels like God Usopp that are just played for laughs, etc, etc

2. Carrot: only person who had someone close to her die in the actual story, not a flashback and never come back to life. Doesn't get revenge, Perospero beats her up, tells her to eat grass and that's it for her.

3. Gecko Moria: he is a villain but unlike most villains he has a moment where he tried to save his crewmates so he is not a villain anymore in my eyes. Died outside of a flashback, loses everything, found out his crewmate died.

4. WB, probably the most controversial on this list, but he got half his face melted off, son kills himself in the dumbest way possible, loses Oden, doesn't get to avenge Ace instead also dying to his killer and his devil fruit is stolen by the guy who betrayed him

When did WB die to Red Dog? Even Edward Weevil knows who killed him but you guys think BB didn't kill him?

Actually WB Quakeing Red Dog's butt is one of the best moments in the Marineford.



Moria is still in the game, especially if he joins BB or someone else he will be troublesome.

Carrot took down Big mom's fleet then staled 700 million bounty Perospero, and ended up as the king of Minks. What do you want more?

Usopp's superior bounty legit troubled Franky so much he nearly attacked him. Thats obviously not for laughs. His role as the sniper is really important, as Sanji told him in Enies Lobby, he did something Zolo and Sanji couldn't do, which is sniping someone from a very very long distance, none could do that from SH pirates. He again did the same vs. Sugar in Dressrosa, none could save Luffy and Law from Sugar if they turned to toy. Usopp also saved the crew from Perona's hax.
