What's the biggest keikaku flex of a character on another? I'm referring to one character "playing", outmanoeuvring or manipulating another character. Machinations that involve combat are accepted, but a combat showcase is not the point.

Maschenny's Bet With Yuri
Yuri receives a message from Maschenny telling her to contact her. She and Evan freak out and react with very visible shock and surprise that Maschenny called her ("Princess Maschenny?!"):

Yuri gives her the call and they banter a little. Maschenny asks where Yuri is and Yuri dodges the question (she's on the Hell Train, and she's not supposed to be there):

Maschenny then offers her a bet:

Yuri reacts in shock/outrage. Why on Earth should she make such a risky bet with Maschenny (whoever loses such a bet would have their lives placed in grave danger)?

Maschenny makes her pitch: should Yuri win, she will become the first Princess in history to own 3 of the 13 Months Series and be able to effect far greater change than anything she can do right now:

Maschenny then proceeds to strong arm Yuri into making the bet by threatening to kick her off the Hell Train if she refused (thus revealing that she already knew where Yuri was when she asked the question and was only trying to get into her head):

After Maschenny ends the call, Yuri and Evan are left incredibly flustered and still can't believe that Maschenny Zahard just called them:

This is very impressive because Yuri is constantly nonplussed when interacting with people of stature and power (Kallavan, Garam, Urek, etc.). Maschenny is the only person that has made her freak out so much. And she did it with just a call. Hell, Yuri began freaking out before Maschenny even said anything. Just receiving the message "contact me" from Maschenny made Yuri and Evan shit themselves.

After the call ends, Yuri ruminates on Maschenny's motivations behind the whole affair:

And then comes Yuri's big epiphany. She feels as if she's "being carried along in a massive predetermined flow":

I don't know about you, but the language used here (especially "predetermined") is very strongly suggestive to me of Fate and predestination. As if Yuri is nothing but a leaf that is swept along in the massive current that is Maschenny's will.

Excluding Maschenny, we don't have a single other example of a High Ranker making another High Ranker (let alone people of Yuri and Evan's calibre) feel so powerless, so unable to oppose their will.

The stunt Maschenny just pulled here is something that has been reserved for the true "Gods" of the Tower: the Ten Family Leaders and Zahard. The masters of Fate and destiny. People revered as being omnipotent and omniscient.

Those are the calibre of people that pull this kind of stunts. That Maschenny is not one of those Gods, that she's just another Princess like Yuri made this interaction all the more chilling.

When I read this scene, I'm left with the lasting impression:
"Terrifying, Maschenny Zahard is truly terrifying."

I might have to give it to Light purposely relinquishing the Death Note and having his plan perfectly play out so that he regains control over it AFTER having his name cleared by spending time in prison
Bonus points for actually explaining it.
