Ryou is haki, not armament haki. Wano are swordsman and focus more on using haki on their swords but Ryou is their word for haki just like Mantra was Enel word for haki and not observation.

When I talked about Kaido was that the moment he gave his all against Kaido was the extreme situation needed to unlock CoC just like Marineford was the situation for Coby to unlock CoO.

Mantra was only ever used in reference and description of Observation Haki.

Ryuo is the name for Armament Haki in Wano in the same manner Mantra is the name for Observation Haki in Skypiea.

In both instances, we see the locals are specialised in one basic form of Haki and we don't know what their names are for the other forms.

The panel literally have him stating that Ryou is Haki. He doesn't say armament haki, just haki.

That’s not a lightning effect consistent with advanced Armament or Conqueror’s Haki.

It’s the coating effect of Armament Imbuement.

It could be the visual effect of imbuing since as you say the lightning effect is not consistent with what's been portrayed?.. But it still could also be CoA Lightning because you got to keep in mind that producing Black Lightning that doesn't dissipate instantly like a Haki Clash and instead use it is extremely hard.. CoA Black Lightning is way more condensed and concentrated Haki than invisible CoA Barrier, so it requires huge amount of Haki to manipulate.. That's why people need special Swords to use Black Lightning..

Show a panel of her casually and actively using it that is not driven by her emotions being high like when Madre Carmel picture was broken, when she was enraged to Kaido or Page One?

Mantra is how they call haki in Sky Islands (not saying Skypea because Enel was from another one), Ryou is how they call haki in Wano and Haki so far is how the rest of the world calls it. Is not hard to understand and it is pretty clear at manga.
