So, I'm fully on board with the "Gloriosa is Yamato's mother". Yes, the old lady, Elder Nyon, from Amazon Lily, who Boa kicked out a window. Like Boa, Elder Nyon, or Gloriosa as she was known during her Piracy days, left Amazon Lily to pursue love, allowing her to break/survive the "heartbreak" love illness that often kills Amazon Lily Empresses. However, unlike Boa, Gloriosa had to physically abandon Amazon Lily and her people, resulting in her exile, which was only renegged since she rescued Boa, Sandersonia, and Marigold after they escaped Mary Geoise.

However, I'm here to suggest that Kaido banged not just one, but TWO Rocks Pirates, and that both children ended up on Onigashima.
The OG Buckingham Stussy (the shitty one) is Black Maria's mother. Look at the facial similarities (keep in mind Stussy does not have horns, those are red candles Higurashi Kurozumi had attached to her forehead, because she was an utterly crazy woman) here:
Lips, nose, eyes, and hair all track.
We know that the original Stussy was a Whitebeard simp, so, why would she fuck Kaido? Simple: to make Edward Newgate jealous (this plan DID NOT work), and to fuck over Gloriosa, who, IMO, had a thing for strong guys in general, especially... Kaido. What is Kaido but a giant snake, really? In many mythologies, snakes and dragons are synonymous with each other.
Stussy was a giant Whitebeard simp, so, to try to make Whitebeard angry, and to get back at Gloriosa, she seduced Kaido, and slept with him. This resulted in Black Maria. The current Stussy, the former CP0 agent, was known as the "Queen of the Pleasure District." Black Maria ran the Pleasure Hall in Onigashima.
Afterwards, Gloriosa, FURIOUS at Stussy, made the claim to her man by taking Kaido for herself, too. Kaido's goal was to make strong children with strong women, like Linlin, his senpai on Rocks' Crew. BUT, Stussy and Gloriosa drove Kaido INSANE, and, after both of them ditched him with their children (or he kicked them out), Kaido vowed to never deal with women again in his life.
This is important, because Stussy having "siblings" is important for her finding a purpose in life. Stussy can now bond with Yamato and Maria as sisters... kind of, I guess.

Anyways I think it makes more sense for Gloriosa to have been a Rocks simp rather than Kaido's lover. If it's Kaido she was in love with, there's no reason for her to be living as a spinster in Amazon Lily rather staying with him in Wano.
