Character Discussion Blackbeard a fraud?

It’s funny how people throw the word fraud around for these characters but Blackbeard is truly written this way. You can’t hope to become the strongest and conquer everything through devil fruit reliance and go minimalist on haki, it’s a recipe for failure and we’ve seen that happen already. I’m sure Rocks would have preferred Loki as a son, that’s a true inheritor of his spirit.

Parallels in one piece are not directly 1to1

Roger is Luffy’s parallel but acts like Ace

Garp is Koby’s parallel but is literally a more mature Luffy

Rocks is Teach’s parallel but his relationship with his Luffy is more like Kid’s.

Teach is obviously the inheritor of Davy’s will. Loki is not that important compared to the guy who has fought all of Luffy’s friends/family

Yet Blackbeard without a DF scarred the haki God king so bad he can't stop crying about him.
