Assuming Blackbeard already has one of the legendary fruits all he needs are the Galleila Giants and we have good reasons to assume that Kuzan knows their location at Punk Hazard.
But why the Galleila giants of all people? I believe they're tied to Pluton. They are the ones who build Pluton and buried it under Wano.
If Blackbeard and Buggy are siblings and Buggy's fruit also turns out to be a legendary fruit of some sorts, and lets be honest it will because it's Buggy, we have the strongest crew in history.
Let's also add Loki, the foremost Rocks fanboy to the mix and it's a sealed deal.

If they manage to take out Imu the Gorousei are also done for, except for Garling maybe.
In Garling's case I can see three different outcomes:
1. He's a Vader type figure who turns against Imu for the sake of his family at some point. Shamrock failes, Imu wants to punish him but Garling steps in.
2. He forms his own faction of renegade Celestial Dragons for the final arc.
3. He joins forces with Blackbeard after Imu is done for and essentially becomes his right-hand.
Either way, if Blackbeard and Buggy invade the Holy Land with the help of Pluton and take out Imu then we have the final war set-up and all factions arranged for the climax. The only ones that are missing are Dragon, Sabo and the Revolutionariess and Akainu and the Marines but since Dragon and Akainu seem to share some history it would be an ideal match-up as well.
