Well, maybe. But I do know is that Hancock's slave arrows should work on inanimate objects, not just living beings alone.

So if S-Hawk managed to not get turned into stone due to haki is a good showing for S-Hawk imo.

I don't think they're robots, pretty sure they are actual living beings.
