- Vegeta gets upset to see Goku do nothing against Gas.
- Gas says that Goku's father had a "remarkable determination" to fight, that he doesn't feel in him, and questions him if he really is
Bardock's son.

- Goku then tells him that he hit his head when he was little, so he didn't remembers anything about the Saiyans or their parents.
- “So you don't even know who you are, do you? I can't lose to a guy like
you,” says Gas.

- Gas then throws Goku into the river and comments “What a fragile race. You can't even breathe underwater.
- Goku fires a small blast of Ki at Gas, but Gas gains control of that Ki Blast, and throws it at Goku adding some of its own power, causing a huge explosion that splashes all the water in the river.

- Goku admits he can't beat Gas, and thinks it's over. Only then, Gas notices Monaito healing Granolah at the river's edge.
- Goku is happy to see Granolah alive.
- Gas regrets not killing Monaito first as he had healing abilities.
- Gas rushes to kill Monaito and Granolah once and for all, but Goku grabs Gas and teleports him and Gas to a nearby planet.
- We then see Jaco buying vegetable and repairing the vegetable bulb from a seller on a different planet. Suddenly, Goku arrives there with Gas.
- Jaco is shocked to see Goku, but Goku thanks him for being on a nearby planet because that helped him teleport there.
- Gas asks Goku which planet they are on. Goku says he doesn't know
this too. But it's one he couldn't have achieved with his newfound Instant Teleport.

- Gas asks Goku if he still thinks he has the upper hand in this fight with your techniques. Goku replies that it took him many years to master the Teleport to use with that ease, and that he Gas wouldn't understand that.

- Jaco wonders if Goku is fighting yet another villain.
- Both Goku and Gas exchange some blows on that planet. Goku then mocks Gas to make him follow him to another planet.
- Both Goku and Gas teleport to a different planet (it is not shown where they went) when the chapter ends. FINAL NOTE: Goku VS Gas has finally started! Will Goku be able to overcome the huge power gap...?!

And speaking personally and based on the new movie where Broly is training (doing 1v2 against goku and vegeta) on Beerus' planet, Goku and GAS may be on planet Vampa, broly's planet.
And in case anyone has forgotten about the monster's power:

I may not be able to give you much contribution on DBS subject. I've read the first volume a few years ago. There was a big Winnie the Pooh looking dude at some point during a turnament and that's all I remember. There was Beerus' brother also I think

You're really late haha ^^, As I'm not reading OP, DBS is one of the few manga I follow monthly, as well as one punch man.

Gogetta and Broly creating and destroying dimensions with the brute force and shock of their punches, "greatest power ever demonstrated in the entire manga up to that point", Goku versus Gas, Goku versus Granolah, Vegeta versus Granolah etc... : Throwing pieces of buildings on each other, their punches only dent a small part of a train, very low destruction level.
:suresure::suresure::suresure::suresure:
And they call themselves the "strongest in the universe".
Vegeta could barely withstand energy attacks that were barely the level of a building or a small mountain.
If it's really the planet vampa the planet that goku and gas are currently on, one of the themes portrayed in the chapter is the sayiajins instinct that goku lost when he hit his head, but don't worry, broly has it to spare, gas.

One Piece is the only manga I follow weekly chapter by chapter. In fact it's the only shonen I still read nowadays. My shonen knowledge is quite bad^^ I've read OP, Bleach, FMA, Seven Deadly Sins and that's practically it.
Is DBS really as bad as people say it is ?

Is DBS really as bad as people say it is ?

- Infantilization of Goku
- Useless supporting cast
- Reduction of violence and blood
- Lack of surprises and innovation
- Inconsistent animation quality.

In addition to having a lot of inconsistency in relation to powers, in dragon ball the feats of destruction were better demonstrated and followed consistently until dragon ball z, in super the characters even though they are stronger, have worse feats when compared to dragon ball and dragon ball z, even though the reader knows they are infinitely stronger compared to their past versions.

for example: they are currently fighting an opponent who has made a request to become the most powerful warrior in the universe, the guys are fighting on this level and throwing "rocks" at each other, can you stand this stupidity?

Getting hurt for attacks that wouldn't even destroy a mountain or a building...
While in the last arc, goku's punch made the earth "shake".

Fights have been a lot more interesting this arc and last with moro, its not just all brute power and bigger explosions anymore, that alone makes it much better now imo.
It will never live up to the original so i really dont know what people expect but the series is a fun read every month, its nowhere near as bad as people say it is.
