I am pretty sure everyone here already notices it, but it's really saddening to see a series, that used to be the top 3 in manga list, to fall and become this irredeemable fan fiction tier writing. The art is unsalvageable, as the characters in Boruto don't remotely resemble what the original characters used to look like. It also has poor anatomy drawing and many allegation for trace drawing. The story and writing here doesn't help either. It tries to ripoff the eye power concept and fails deliberately (karma eye design). The way the author portrayed the conflict from the antagonist is lame. The antagonists are stronger just because they have greater strength and faster 
compare that to how madara or pain were portrayed, as we could see the upscale feats in fresh manner (new jutsu with larger scale, unique skills).
If boruto is not a legacy from naruto, this series would already be axed in the first 10 chapters
