Theory Buggy's mom was a slave

We know that Shanks is probably the son of Garling, and that Roger picked him up at God Valley.

But what about Buggy? We know Buggy is the same age as Shanks, so its very likely he got picked up at around the same time.
One thing that is peculiar about Buggy is his red nose, which is his real nose by the way. We haven't seen a character with a nose like this before. So why is that?

imo there are one of two reasons.
1) Buggy is from a race that was wiped out by the CDs. His mother was one of the last surviving members, and hid him away during god valley, with Roger ultimately saving him.
2) Buggy's mom went under some sort of experiment by Saturn, similar to the one Ginny wen through. The nose is a byproduct of this

Ultimately, I feel as if Buggy's nose holds mystical powers that he is yet to awaken. Perhaps the red nose clan can smell the one piece or something, and that's why the CDs wiped them out.

If Buggy have an Important Origin, i think Roger Pirates found him on Lodestar Island
The only reason He is a Clown is because He is supposed to one day sit on Empty Throne (Temporarily)

Cuz the whole idea of him fooling others into thinking He is Great & Powerful, while actually just being a Circus Clown is directly taken from "Wizard of Oz". The way He grew up with Shanks on Roger's Ship indicates He was also found as a Baby, and guess when Roger Pirates reached Lodestar Island? 39 Years Ago, same Year Buggy was Born

However, this is only if Oda intends to give Buggy an Important Backstory
He seems to have same Ability as Luffy of being able to Attract Help & Inspiring People
While Luffy probably gained it thanks to his Haki, Buggy possibly have it Naturally
It could be Natural Ability of People from Lodestar Island, as "Lodestar" means Star that Guides Course of a Ship
It also could mean Person who serves as Inspiration & Guide
