Is Kaido bullying Jack because he's basically Kaido himself from the times of Rocks? Kaido was the youngest back then and Rocks probably bullied him.
Is Kaido picking on Jack because of what Rocks was doing to him?

I kind of think it’s because Jack is the ‘quiet’ one among them. Like he didn’t even said anything when King and Queen were kind of bullying him but apologized.

Personally I don’t think Kaido was bullied back then.

No, but I don’t think he was specifically bullied by Rocks. If it was by some other crew members then he probably didn’t sit around and let that happen but stood up for himself.

I always thought that King was also the former Warden and he became friend with Kaido when he got captured. King released and followed him. As you said, queen introduced King as torture psycho so maybe you are right about he failed to break Kaido's spirit.
