IMO, no.
Technically, G5 Luffy can be as fast as G2 Luffy.
But, thematically, the frenetic rhythm at which G2 pumps blood in his body should be incompatible with the drums of liberations at which G5 Luffy's heart beats, which is a free and joyous sound.

I already said that G5 goes from base Luffy to over G4 Luffy both in speed and power. There won't be a G5 + G2. It will simply be G5 using G2 powers.

Doesn't the effect 'rub' off at some distance or after some time? I assume making such experiments with fragile humans could be dangerous though not impossible.
