Character Discussion Can Shiryu use Rokushiki?

Rokushiki is taught to Cipher Pol agents, but some marines are also taught it. Shiryu worked for the government too. Do you think he will use those techniques? I hope he can atleast do the Moonwalk.

Anyone above captain level knows rokushiki, will Shiryu use it? No.
The Admirals have never used soru, geppo, rankyaku, nothing of the sort.

Shiryu probably knows Rokushiki techniques but he won't use them as it's not really his main fighting style. At best, he might use Soru for speed and that's about it.
