Second case shows it is at least 7 or 9 seconds needed before the laser beam can be used so you just need to anticipate the direction it will pass to dodge, at the time Zoro was too weak to even run ao there is no way he cam move fast.

Kuma mentions his attack is pushed at the speed of light, true his attack isn’t light speed but it’s fast AF and this is done by an injured Zoro, Franky who was in better state than Zoro couldn’t even see Kuma’s attack.

Zoro didn’t move until after the laser was fired… your argument would work if Zoro was moving while Kuma was beeping but he didn’t, this is a speed feat for Zoro. Sorry @BattalGazi try again.

The scene you are talking about came right after post FS Luffy failed to stop Batman from killing Tsuru and Zoro was the one who saved her calmely.
After the scene you are talking about came another scene of Luffy/Zoro speedblitzing Holdem for Luffy and.....SPEED for Zoro. LMAO.
You chose the scene that was cramed between two better speed feats of Zoro and gave it randomly to Luffy for some reason when Luffy was as much failing as Zoro in catching Gazelleman.
