Interesting. That's Seigi if I am not mistaken. What's more interesting is that Seigi is Japanese for justice. This was brought up before, but he could be the Justice Devil posing as the fake CSM. That'd also explain why he is much taller and has longer chainsaws, I mean he's much bigger and buff that Denji.

I'm getting expectant of how this whole Nostradamus thing will unravel. Every time Fujimoto shows Nyanko or any cat I feel like he doesn't forget that Denji made a still unfulfilled contract with the Blood devil. Power need to reappear sooner or later. It sounded like Nostradamus is some sort of entity with its own power, but not from hell. So there might be other realms outside the two we know off.
