Literally not true. Shinsou mind controls you the moment you respond to him. And since he has his mask that can manipulate voice he can easily copy Meruems voice which will make all RG respond to Shinsou

Not against Mereum....since he barely uses Nen. But I guess against everyone else yes.
But in general Aizawa should beat everyone in a 1v1. If he fights a group of people in HxH like the Phantom Troupe....they'll shit on him.
Fine him as well but the RGs and Mereums would need to be restrained. Again whats stopping Post Rose Mereum to fly to the Sky and just spam blasts until everyone is dead. Then eat their bodies and steal their quirka.

- Pitou didnt do that with Kite. Just took his arm off then his head.
- Against Netero she prepared to fight....never spoke to him once
- When she fought Adult Gon....she sprung to action and didnt speak to him once.
- Youpi never spoke to Killua. Just chased him after Godspeed finished.
- Mereum literally negged Knuckle and the other one. Never spoke to them.
You honestly underestimate the Royal Guards so much. You seriously thinking they will be lounging around and talking to people whilst theyre getting jumped by Pro Heros. Theyre arrogant against scrubs sure. But once the time is serious...they'll fully just attack to kill.

He has photons (travels at lightspeed) that gather information on all material and people. Basically he finds out all the information about all the Pro Heros, and all their weaknesses instantenously.
Combine that with his genius intellect. And yh he can come up with a startegy in a second to defeat them all.
