Long time ago, I already made a video about this match up. My new one has alot more arguments. At first, I thought I made a mistake, when Pizarro's DF was revealed. After thinking about it a little, I realized that the Island Island Fruit makes him a good opponent for Chopper, actually.
Chopper defeated CP9 agent Kumadoria, who called himself a lion. He had long hair, that looked like the mane of a lion, just as Pizarro's.
Chopper (and Usopp) defeated Miss Merry Christmas (and Mister 4). She could transform into a mole. Pizarro should be able to fuse with the ground, and travel underground aswell.
Chopper defeated Enel's priest Gedatsu, who trapped people in clouds. Pizzaro could trap enemies in buildings, he can control.
Lucci trapped Zoro in a chimney, when the Aqua Laguna was about to hit Water 7. Chopper jumped in to get Zoro out. Perhaps he will have to do something like this again when a different Catman tries that with Strawhats.
Chopper helped defeat Brülee. She could travel through mirrors. Pizarro can probably go through mirrors, walls and anything else.
Chopper helped Luffy defeat Wapol, a tyrannical king that turned to piracy, like Pizarro.
