So, I'm sure plenty of you have seen this theory floating around: that our badass SUUUUUPEEERRRRRR Cyborg's Cola, is actually the fuel of the Ancient Kingdom.
Here's why I think this theory makes a lot of sense. To begin, I want to pose a simple question:
When and where did Franky start drinking Cola?
If you reread Franky's flashback (353-358), Franky isn't seen drinking Cola, and doesn't mention Cola, THE ENTIRE TIME (if I'm wrong, please show me where, I admit I did a speedread).
Franky's Cola addiction, apparently came after he turned into a Cyborg, or during the process. Now, I'll pose another question.
Has Cola ever been shown existing anywhere outside of Franky?
We've seen sodas, perhaps, and bubbly drinks, but, outside of Franky's Cola, is any other drink in the One Piece world actually referenced as Cola? As far as I know, no (if I'm wrong, please post proof).
SO, WHERE DID HE GET THE STUFF?
How did Franky form this fuel source, that no one else has access to, or knows how to use?
It's almost like he learned how to create Cola from a source of information very few people had access to. Like...
THE BLUEPRINTS FOR PLUTON:
Vegapunk makes it clear that the Ancient Kingdom possessed a power source that "would upend our modern ideas of what's possible." Sounds like Franky's Cola to me.
Oda making it so that Cola is the fuel to the Ancient Kingdom is very One Piece.
So, in this scenario, Franky rebuilt himself to be fueled by Cola, the Ancient Power source he learned about from the Ancient Kingdom, and then later used it fuel the Sunny (which could be connected to Pluton as well).
We know that Vegapunk has made giant robots, from the Vegaforce 01. Franky also made the General Franky, using Vegapunk's research. So, it's possible Vegapunk could easily re-engineer his current robots to use Cola, since Franky's robots fueled by Cola are inspired by Vegapunk.
THIS IS FRANKY'S ARC.
FRANKY AND HIS COLA, WILL FUEL VEGAPUNK'S RESEARCH, AND THE TWO WILL COMBINE TO MAKE EVER GREATER, MORE POWERFUL COLA!
