I don’t know. Oda isn’t consistent with PLs at all. He can make Sanji have less PUs and be close to Zoro due to a random zenkai boost. He’s a retarded powerscaler and I’ve said it doesn’t make sense him being THAT close but oda is a moron so it is what it is lol

It’s shit writing since he doesn’t offer buildup for these powerups and we end up with crazy EoS PLs but oda been an ass writer. According to him, Sanjino will get zenkai boost due to gags and leeching off Gaban and give EoS zoro a good fight and that will be it regardless of what feats say
