The anime not only has Carrot hosting special segments and recaps, now they have Carrot and Chopper hosting next episode previews! Either Toei knows LOda goofed by not having her join the crew or these bastards know something we don't.
It's a bit peculiar, to be honest. I've been watching the anime for a long time and while there has always been some little character explaining recaps or episodes here and there (especially during the second half of the new world), but it's really the first times there is a real recurring character alongside another strawhat. The anime doesn't want us to forget Carrot for some reason.
