Yes. Oda named the Reindeer Mink Milky. Since Chopper is somewhat Santa Claus coded (blue nose, "flying" sleigh with Chopper climbing the giant ropes to the mountain/castle, the Reindeer no one else wanted to play with), I'm guessing Oda named her "Milky" after the Milk and Cookies Santa gets. Bit of a stretch, though. But, hey; it's okay to make some stretches when the main character in the series is literally made of rubber.
