Character Discussion Confirmed Top 3 EOS

The magazines should never be taken into consideration.
Luffy, Zoro and Sanji will always be relative but Top 3 EoS will be God Tiers.
Nika (Luffy), Imu and Davy Jones (Teach)
Zoro, Sanji and Loki all have a good chance to be Transcendent Top Tiers (i.e. a sub tier above Peak Top Tiers like Kaido and Shanks) and amongst the ranks of the Rogers, WB's and Garp's of the world.
Strongest Characters of all time atm looks something like this to me

1. Davy Jones (Teach)
2. Nika (Luffy)
3. Imu

Demi-God Tier
4. Xebec (Domi-Reversi)
5. Harald (Holy Knight)

Transcedent Top Tier
6. Ryuma/Zoro
8. Prime Newgate
9. Roger
10. Garp
11. Sanji
12. Loki (*has the highest ceiling out of him Zoro and Sanji but if he joins the crew then he will be behind both)

Kaido, Shanks, Mihawk, Old Newgate, Akainu (*jury is still out on him with regards to whether he'll be stronger than Kaido but is potentially in that transcendent range)

and possibly EOS Teach will be way out of Zoro's reach, like, they can solo multiple Zoros at once. And Zoro will be way above Sanji too.
