Powers & Abilities Conqueror haki death ?

I remember what they said about mihawk eyes and how it could kill a human with glance.
Yes its exaggeration by oda to hype mihawk eyes
but the point is that could there be conqueror haki user whos coc can kill a human by just releasing conqueror haki ?
If so then who do you think has it ?
I imagine any user could kill an infirm or elderly person at the right time by just doing the same haki release thing as Luffy at MF and making them faint. That might cause their body to give out.
I think having that sort of thing work on top or even high tiers would be imbalanced though.
That said I could see Shanks using it as a last resort attack which exhausts him totally or even kills him.
Like a haki version of this. Not sure about Mihawk or Roger since it doesn't fit their style IMO.
