Powers & Abilities Conqueror's Haki is used to Tame and Master Enma

#1
I guess everyone who guessed Conqueror's haki was required to pull this off was right.

It wasn't an accident that Oda used that panel on the right which looks like someone is using Conquerors when displaying Zoro taming Enma.

Also Notice that Zoro's haki is escaping like water vapor into the air in the middle panel. It's literally being sucked into the atmosphere.

Then later on Enma is still Sucking out excessive amounts of Zoro's haki but the haki is no longer escaping into the atmosphere. Zoro can now at least maintain it as an aura around the sword.

Even when Zoro is using three swords, Enma is clearly sucking out way more haki than the other swords and Zoro isn't making the Aura cloud any smaller.

Until now. The Aura cloud has been reduced so much it now looks like Zoro's regular Armament haki usage.

And now the final form of Enma is reached, there is no longer any Aura cloud of excessive Armament, just like with Oden, the haki distribution among all of Zoro's swords is completely even.

And what has changed in this last case to give Zoro full mastery of Enma?

It was indeed Conqueror's haki all along. No wonder only two people in Wano ever managed to use this sword. Points to everyone who guessed this from the very start.

I think it's something else. COC is needed to tame Enma, but Oden has been using it for years with his COC yet Enma didn't turn black under his possession. Same as Roger's Ace Sword.
We are gonna get another Mihawk's flashback :crazwhat:
this is my opinion but to blacken the blade you need to respect also the will of the blade, which for Enma is to Kill Kaido (or a dragon).
The act of killing an other individual, especially if it one of the strongest will please the blade and transform it into a blacken blade.

Maybe. But I still have my own theory about how to make a black blade. Basically, in order to create a black blade, your ambition must be WSS or fully dedicated to the way of sword like Ryuma. Roger or Whitebeard or Shanks couldn't make black blades because they weren't aiming for WSS in the first place. That's how I see it.

Maybe it's COC combined with COA?
Maybe it's a special technique?
Maybe it involves respecting the will of the blade?
Very interesting take.

I would add that it has to be maximum power output on all CoA, CoC, advCoA and advCoC at the same time. Maybe sword feels it and gets some sort of satisfaction that instead of erection it goes Black:smoothieduck:

The first one sounds good. Maybe you can use CoC to "trap" CoA inside the sword forever. Basically like condense it. Not sure about second one but the third one is guaranteed to be the case. However, if Roger loves his sword so much to the point that he named his son "Ace" then why is the sword doesn't turn black? That I still don't get it. So I will just stick with my theory in the post above.

Then why the hell Enma wasn't tamed after that and we had that scene at chapter 1032 and 1033?

You were wrong and stays wrong.

Roger simply wasn't that great a swordsman.

There's a reason that he wasn't considered the World's Strongest Swordsman of his era.
