Powers & Abilities Could Sanji tame Prometheus

So as of now we have Nami encountering prometheus. Now many people have brought up the possibility of nami also taming prometheus but imo that's just too much. It would make Nami too overpowered. As we saw, when prometheus and zeus come together, their combined power can create island level storms. Nami getting both prometheus and zeus would literally make her stronger than most yonko 1st mates. Its simply too much. There's also the issue of prometheus's strength. As stated by bavarois(or some other big mom pirate), the homies act unusually when big mom is in an altered mental state.

This means that Zeus wasn't acting as he usually would when nami tamed him. In addition, Nami beat Zeus in large part due to 2 other factors

1. she could control lightning
2. brook, who counters big mom's devil fruit powers, also fought alongside with her.

Without these two factors, she would have never been able to capture and defeat zeus. With her current powers, the best she can do to stop prometheus is create some rain, which I doubt is enough to counter prometheus, given that he could even tank attacks from jinbe.

rather, I think the best person to take on prometheus would actually be sanji. We know that Sanji's chivalry would make him automatically come to Nami's aid and that due to his diable jambe abilities as well as his raid suit's fire immunity, he is probably the best person right now who could face Prometheus. In addition, Sanji is also a cook. And prometheus eats fire. Perhaps Sanji could use his diable jambe abilities as well as his cooking expertise to cook prometheus the perfect fire.

Fires are often used to prevent the spread of wildfires(hence the saying "fighting fire with fire"), so it could be possible that sanji could even damage prometheus with diable jambe.

in any case, I think Sanji could fight and defeat prometheus and in doing so tame him as nami did zeus. Similar to how nami stores zeus in her clima-tact, sanji could store prometheus in his lighter.

I think that Sanji getting prometheus could be part of a series of second power ups Oda will give the monster trio in wano kuni. It will parallel with Zoro getting the nidai kitetsu and Luffy unlocking/showcasing a new gear 4th form or possibly even gear 5.

I think yes he could come save Nami n others, coz that's what he usually do. He can carry em to safe distance or, confronting Promethues might help awaken/develop Sanji DJ/HM a further level. Not that he will carry him along with him in his Lighter, a repeated plot and Sanji already had a PU not his own, so as A Sanji fan i won't wish this.

So only way i can see it happening is, Oda using this confrontation to develop Sanji Blue fire. Maybe.

Well I feel like Oda will power up Sanji slightly differently than Zoro. Since Zoro's goal is directly linked to strength, Oda needs to make Zoro grow stronger via training, like he always has.

Sanji's dream is about cooking and it has absolutely nothing to do with his strength, so Oda could just power up sanji via the same way he does nami for the rest of the series. Not that he necessarily will, but I feel like he will get more raid suit-esque power ups with the only power up he will get via strength building alone being something like future sight, which I don't think he will unlock in wano kuni.

also i feel like hell's memories is the peak of sanji's natural flame abilities and he will need something like prometheus or a raid suit upgrade to progress further. Only thing i find legit in your post is last two lines. Naturally it would be if, Sanji wasn't someone whose genes weren't messed up by Judge before birth. It has already been highlighted by Oda how the more intense his emotions is, more Shining his DJ is. Sanji upgraded his DJ to HM, experiencing Hell at Kambaka island. Sanji DJ grew brightest when he was thinking through his childhood in Judge fight. And WCI being an arc that messed up his emotions so strongly, i believe there can already be made a case his DJ/HM are already stronger than Before. And if he awakens his Genes completely, like his siblings who have all their natural elements, Sanji can pack in Fire like DF users. And if not that way, i still expect Sanji fire to change color specifically due to Hardening or Haki. Imp point being it will be much stronger nevertheless.

Sounds like a Sanji fan's dream but as cool as it is, where would Sanji store Prometheus? In his boots/memories/soul?

I think Sanji needs to max out the potential of the RS first before moving on to the next powerup.

With that said, that could happen much sooner with people predicting Zoro chucking Enma for Nidai this arc. Sanji might wreck his RS and gain something else.

That will never happen and I hope it doesn't, Prometheus is not gluttonous like Zeus. Him eating fire will not tame him, Prometheus has also been shown to be very loyal towards Big Mom even more than Zeus.

Btw when it comes to Bavarois quote about the homies acting unusual when Big Mom is in an altered mental state, that was directed at the regular homies not Big Mom's own personal homies. Zeus was perfectly fine when Nami tamed him, Zeus is just really fucking gluttonous like Big Mom. Both Prometheus and Zeus were perfectly fine when Big Mom was in her rampage, Prometheus burned King Baum for his betrayal and even attacked Luffy and the others.

We also don't even know if Zeus will actually stay with Nami or go back to Big Mom.

Lastly it would be fucking stupid if Oda makes Big Mom lose another one of her homies, that's not a fucking power up imo. You are basically giving another character someone else's powers, I would rather have Sanji have his own power up than take someone else's powers.

Its not just sanji

Zoro will get the nidai kitetsu. Luffy will show off new gear 4th techniques or forms.

so imo it would only make sense for sanji to also get a secondary power up. In this regard, prometheus kinda seems like a low hanging fruit. Prometheus is going after Nami, Sanji will always protect Nami due to his chivalry, and Sanji is a fire user with a suit that makes him immune to fire.

Not to mention the fact that prometheus eats fire and sanji is a cook.
