Anime & Manga Could Sanji turn Zoro into black blade?

If Sanji used Zoro as weapon more often , like he did in wano with Zoro as cross, could he possibly turn zoro into black blade? Black weapon? What do you think? Or turning weapons into black only works on blades?

Well they could probably both pour their haki into Zoro’s cast as a joint effort. With teamwork Zoro can become a blade that surpasses even Yoru.
