Well it's interesting that among all Straw Hats
Only Luffy and Zoro share the birthday with same day and same month aligned

Luffy 5/5 and Zoro 11/11

No one else does

Queen is much older than King

Law is older than Kid who is older than Luffy

Kaku is younger than Lucci who is younger than Jabra

Kuroobi and Hatchan, Neko and Inu, Shanks and Buggy, Kalgara and Noland have the same age

Aokiji is younger than Akainu who is younger than Kizaru

...

So far the only pattern is that close right-hand men are older than their captain (Rayleigh older than Roger, Benn older than Shanks, Zoro older than Luffy, Killer older than Kid)

I don't really care about it mate. Using Luffy's and Zoro's birth dates being the same numbers just ain't it.
